Describe the issue without including task content. Add the app and iOS versions if possible.

Quick help
A feature is still locked
Open minoli, display Minoli+, then tap Restore. Make sure the iPhone uses the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
Dictation will not start
In iOS Settings, allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for minoli. If on-device recognition is unavailable, use keyboard input.
Calendar will not sync
Check the write-only Calendar permission, then run sync again from minoli Settings. The app only creates a dedicated “minoli” calendar.
iCloud backup is pending
Check that iCloud is active and has available space, then reopen minoli. Without iCloud, the app continues using its local database.
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
- Manage or cancel: open your Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore: use Restore at the bottom of the Minoli+ screen.
- Request a refund: Apple handles payments and refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Read the terms: see the Terms of Use and the information shown before purchase.
Data and privacy
Tasks are stored on the iPhone and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud space. The publisher has no minoli account or server that can remotely view or erase your tasks.
- Delete a task or routine directly in the app.
- Reset learning in Settings → Data and Personalization.
- Turn backup off in minoli Settings. This does not automatically erase a copy already present in iCloud.
- Manage iCloud data and permissions from iPhone Settings.

iOS permissions
Open iOS Settings → Apps → minoli to change Microphone, Speech Recognition, Calendar and Notification permissions. Revoking a permission only disables that feature; core features remain available.
Report an issue effectively
In your message, include:
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- your iPhone model, iOS version and minoli version;
- steps that reproduce the issue.
Do not send task text, screenshots containing sensitive information, your Apple password or payment details.
